Modern Building Construction Limited has 28 years of building experience from foundation to finish of residential buildings with LBP. We specialise in constructing a new building, deck extensions, retaining walls, kitchen and bathroom remodelling, painting, tiling pergolas, water blasting, and renovating a wide range of residential properties across New Zealand. All your building requirements are under one roof. We aim to create a people-first business where people are valued and respected no matter their role in the project journey. We are passionate about making an impact on the construction industry and setting the benchmark for operational efficiencies and client experience. Our relentless focus on their growth journey and company culture meant that our business is now supported by repeat and referral clients, a strong network of suppliers and contractors and a dedicated team of talented individuals.
